Berg + Schmidt Care Ingredients is presenting an innovative product line for modern, holistic hair care at this year’s in-cosmetics Global (April 14–16, Paris) at booth 1H90. BergaCare Hair Care comprises functional raw materials and scientifically validated active ingredients for reimagined product concepts from the scalp to the ends of the hair.
In addition to two new emollients for enhancing shine – BergaCare C-Shine Sun and C-Shine 4D – this year’s launch will focus on the newly developed BergaCareRe-Lite, which will also be featured in the Innovation Zone. BergaCare Re-Lite has been proven to strengthen and repair the hair structure from the inside and condition the hair fiber from the outside, thereby reducing the combing forces of wet hair by up to 70%. Unlike synthetic conditioners, it does not cause a buildup effect that weighs down the hair. In addition, BergaCare Re-Lite reduces hair swelling by over 20%, providing stronger protection for the hair. Furthermore, this new development improves the sensory and qualitative properties of the foam in surfactant systems. BergaCare Re-Lite is suitable for use in a wide range of products, from shampoos and conditioners to hair masks and serums.
