Regulatory Leaders will host CCSC 2026 | The European Forum on Cosmetic Claims, Substantiation & Certifications on 10 September 2026 at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel in Brussels, Belgium.
Dedicated entirely to the cosmetic claims ecosystem, the Forum will bring together regulatory, scientific, legal, testing, certification, product safety, sustainability and brand professionals for a focused discussion on how cosmetic claims are developed, substantiated, reviewed, communicated and defended.
As cosmetic claims become increasingly shaped by scientific evidence, consumer interpretation, environmental communication, product positioning and evolving regulatory expectations, the Forum will examine three central questions facing teams across the cosmetics and personal care industry:

The programme is shaped with guidance from an esteemed Scientific Committee bringing together expertise across cosmetic standards, industry policy, legal and brand strategy, academic research, regulatory affairs, toxicology, claims and clinical substantiation. Committee members include Chiara Seguella of COSMOS-standard AISBL, Emma Trogen of Cosmetics Europe – The Personal Care Association, Marcha Chaudry of Equity Wellness Co, Monika Klier, Prof. Paola Perugini of the University of Pavia, and Dr Sara Farahmand of The Honest Company.
