A record number of exhibitors, a new scientific partner and the launch of Innovation Lab will make this year's HPCI CEE the largest edition in the event's history.
On 23–24 September 2026, EXPO XXI Warsaw will once again become the meeting place for the Home and Personal Care industry from across Central and Eastern Europe. Celebrating its 15th anniversary, HPCI CEE – Home and Personal Care Ingredients Exhibition and Conference will bring together leading raw material manufacturers and distributors, equipment and service providers, researchers, and cosmetic and household product manufacturers.
This year's edition is set to be exceptional. The exhibition has sold out completely, resulting in the highest number of exhibitors ever. Visitors will discover the latest ingredients, technologies and industry solutions while benefiting from a comprehensive programme of scientific presentations and Technical Seminars.
New Scientific Partner
The organisers are pleased to announce that the Faculty of Chemistry of the Warsaw University of Technology, in particular the Chair of Drug and Cosmetics Biotechnology, has become the Scientific Partner of HPCI CEE.
The Faculty will contribute to the scientific programme of the event, further strengthening HPCI CEE as a platform connecting academia with industry and promoting knowledge exchange between researchers and manufacturers.
Innovation Lab – Live Cosmetic Formulation
The key novelty of this anniversary edition is Innovation Lab, a brand-new hands-on formulation concept.
During one-hour workshops held in a fully equipped laboratory under the supervision of an experienced formulation technologist, exhibitors will demonstrate how finished cosmetic formulations are created using their own ingredients and proprietary formulations. Participants will be able to observe the entire formulation process live while interacting directly with the experts behind the products.
In addition to Innovation Lab, the event programme will traditionally feature the Scientific Session and Poster Session, both focusing on "Biotech Beauty Ingredients – Cosmetic Ingredients Engineered by Biotechnology", as well as the Technical Seminars, where exhibitors will present practical applications of their latest innovative solutions.
The accompanying event will be the Safety Assessors Workshops, organised by IKW – the German Cosmetic, Toiletry, Perfumery and Detergent Association together with The German Society for Applied and Scientific Cosmetics (DGK).
