- Fanny Iglesias is appointed Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and member of the Executive Committee, effective 1 April 2026, succeeding Roberto Garavagno who will retire.
- Board changes proposed for election at Annual General Meeting on 19 March 2026. Givaudan today announced the following changes to its Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Effective 1 May 2026, Christina Yeo, currently Head of Taste & Wellbeing Operations, APAC, will be appointed Head of Givaudan Business Solutions & IT and will join the Executive Committee, succeeding Anne Tayac, who will retire.
Effective 1 April 2026, Fanny Iglesias, currently Deputy Group Counsel Fragrance & Beauty and Deputy Integrity Officer, will become Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and will also join the Executive Committee, succeeding Roberto Garavagno, currently Group Counsel & Integrity Officer who will retire. The addition of this role to the Executive Committee underscores Givaudan’s focus on upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
To ensure a smooth transition, Anne Tayac will remain until the end of October 2026, and Roberto Garavagno until the end of September 2026 to provide management advice and support.
