The German raw material supplier evident ingredients GmbH has founded a subsidiary in France. The company registration of evident ingredients France SAS came almost exactly 5 years after the start of the mother company in Germany. With the office located close to Paris, the company is in the heart of France, and the team can reach out directly to the customers in the French market.
Bettina Houy, appointed as managing director, is running the company as a highly ranked manager in the personal care industry with more than 20 years of experience in the market and a chemistry and perfumery education background.
“The two product lines perfectly fit into the modern requirements of French producers. With the Evicide® line, we are focusing on a wide range of natural and modern preservatives, whereas the Evicare® range covers functional ingredients like emulsifiers, thickeners, antioxidants, film-forming agents and actives”, as Bettina Houy of evident ingredients France explains.

Bettina Houy has been appointed as a Managing Director to oversee operations and sales of evident ingredients France SAS.
A MSc in organic chemistry and further studies in perfumery laid the foundation for a 20-year successful career in the personal care industry. After 4 years in R&D and international sales at Alban Muller, Bettina moved to the distribution side and took various management positions with responsibility for the product management, sales and supply & logistics team. After completing almost 15 years in management positions at Unipex/Barentz Bettina is moving on to leading evident’s subsidiary in Paris.
